Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Simply email us at info@thenoulab.nl with your order number or use the cancellation option at your order confirmation to start the process.

Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but not use it.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the full purchase price, including original delivery costs, within 14 days, to your original payment method.
